Your introduction to the value engineering process, how VE is done, and what to expect when you use it.

Learning something new can be daunting. But you probably already have many of the skills needed to be a Value Engineer team member. We help you develop them.

Course Outline

This course will teach you the basics, building off of everyday skills that you already possess…like making decisions, thinking of innovative ideas, and sharing your thoughts with others. Through practice, you’ll understand how to use the VE process to your advantage in this session.

Duration

2-, 4-, and 8-hour versions of the course use the same content, differing only by the amount of in-course practical application using example situations.
